All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking reference is issued upon successful completion of the booking process.
Prices are fixed at the time of booking and include VAT. A congestion charge of £18.00 may apply for central London peak-hour journeys. Payment may be made by cash or major credit/debit card.
Free cancellation is available up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations after this window incur a £20.00 fee plus any parking charges paid by the driver.
While we monitor flights and traffic to ensure punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
